What am I bidding on?

A beautifully mastered 11x14” heirloom Family Portrait, including one photography session in our studio, plus an online consultation with one of our Art Consultants.

What to Expect:

Call us! When you win, you will call our booking department to help select the best date and time for your family. We offer Fridays and Saturdays for photography sessions, and collect a $300 fully refundable reservation holding deposit to hold your spot. Our calendar is open 6-8 weeks in advance.

Prep for it! Your session will be booked in the future because you need time to plan for such a special occasion! Call all your beloved family members who you want to capture in this once-in-a-lifetime heirloom, then plan and order all your outfits. Be sure you order all your clothing early so they arrive on time for your session!

Come see us! On the day of your session, you will come to the studio fully dressed. You are welcome to come 15 minutes early for any touch-ups you may like to do. We spend up to one hour in the photography room where you get to have fun and let our photographers capture beautiful images of your family. Afterwards, our receptionist will help you book an online design session with one of our Art Consultants.

Attend your Design Session! This is the most exciting part. All major decision-makers of your family get a one-on-one online viewing of your family’s images from the photography session. You get to select the images you love, discuss custom work you’d like done, and build an individualized portrait package with our Art Consultant. After completing your order, we ship your portraits to you in 4-6 months!

Omitting Family for Friends Although friendships are of high value, we insist that you use this gift to focus on the loving connection you have with your family.

Casual Outfits & Costumes We all love comfort and a good laugh! However, heirloom portraiture is not the place for it. Please dress formally for your session and focus on dark jewel-tones, as they photograph best in a studio setting.

Gifting Your Certificate Your certificate must be used on you and your family only.
